This literature review is supposed to be divided into three parts.
The first part is about leadership. These paragraphs are supposed to include what leadership is and how leadership influences organizational and individual employees. At least one example (previous study) should be included.
The second part is about narcissistic leadership. The general idea of what narcissistic leadership is and how this leadership influences organizations or individual employees. This part also includes the example of a previous study.
The last part is the example of narcissistic leadership in an organization, and employees especially focused on negative impact. There are many negative impacts of narcissistic leadership, for example, communication problems or taking credit. Communication problems and taking credit have to be listed in this section. It is okay to add other problems but those two (communication and taking credit) must be included. And any example of previous studies is also good.
