What to focus on?

Topic: Extracurricular spaces, social learning spaces, 3rd space (at universities)
1st: I need a good topic that explain all these things
2nd : writing a definition of (extracurricular spaces, social learning spaces, Fablabs, university clubs, repair shops/model, model shops, real world spaces, start-ups spaces) all the definitions have to be from an articles or an architecture dictionary or from an architectural book.
3rd : write a literature review after reading these articles
The project is about creating a third extra place at the universities which is consider as an extracurricular spaces for students.

The spatial dimensions of the spaces
the Values: to be an inspirational, iconic, ambiance, inviting, invention, the image of the space
