Write a 3 – 5 page paper about how his/her theory is relevant today in your organization. Be sure to use proper APA format for your paper. You should use at least three scholarly articles to support your paper.
I will pick Henry Gantt:
Henry Gantt developed a scheduling approach that allowed management to
view overlapping tasks that needed to occur over a given time to reach the
end product. The chart that evolved from this approach became known as a
Gantt chart. His management approach focused on motivating employees with
rewards for good work through incentive and bonus systems. He also believed
in quality leadership and building effective management skills: the organization
would benefit as a result of two forces—motivated employees and skilled leaders
working together.
