Your team has been tasked with implementing AI at a major hotel, casino, restaurant in Las Vegas. You are being asked to identify, acquire, adopt, monitor and evaluate the transition of Robotics or AI implementation.
First, clearly identify the department you have chosen (what are it functions, is it back or front of the house, what deficiencies are seen in the area to warrant implementing robotics or AI). Then, identify the specific type of robotics or AI you will be implementing into your department. This needs to be a real product or service, and your description should include an in-text citation from the website for the company. Be sure it includes the pricing of the robot, terms and conditions, and any other pertinent information you may learn about the robot. Additionally, explore how the anticipate changes will affect your employees and the reactions from customers.
