How can Healthcare Administrators Lower the Rate of Healthcare-Associated Infections?”

This research paper needs to be 8 pages NOT INCUDING THE COVER PAGE OR REFERENCES PAGE. It needs to have at
least 5 sources (see attached annotated bibliography). The purpose of the research paper is to answer the question
“How can Healthcare Administrators Lower the Rate of Healthcare-Associated Infections?”
I have also attached my paper on why I chose this topic as a reference for you.
This paper needs to have a thorough and detailed introduction including the background on HAIs as well as a detailed and thorough conclusion. The paper should have at least 3 main points answering the research question with a lot of detail and in-text citations. While doing my research, I discovered during the pandemic the rate of HAIs has increased. I think great material to inlcude in the paper is how could have administrators in healthcare prevented that or lowered it. What could we do in the next pandemic to not take several steps back.
Please see the rubric below for how this paper will be graded.
