The current economic climate suggests the need for the UK hospitality industry to improve its operations to recover to its pre-covid era’s performance. As a consultant, you have been tasked to propose how the industry can effectively address the challenges facing its operations; the goal is to assist the industry regain and improve its performance. For this assignment, you are required to select a business (company) within the UK hospitality industry and present your ideas to the CEO and the management board of the selected business (company).
