It’s a simple assignment to critically review an easily accessible sports food and consider the purpose, nutritional composition, cost and practicality. (There are some questions to guide you through) Select a sports food product from your local supermarket or health food store to review. (here for the “local supermarket", it doesn’t matter as we’re doing online course as international students, you could base the area in Hong Kong or Australia or other English-speaking world if you like, as long as all written plausibly, and I‘m personally located in HK but UQ’s in Australia) the lecture slides also uploaded, as background knowledge just FYI.
