2. Begin to compile related information and start a reference list/bibliography – find at least 3 sources (guidelines, protocols, or standards) that are current and informative. Briefly summarize into an annotated bibliography (why is this source appropriate?)
3. In Addition, begin to collect patient education materials (selection based upon your research) that you can use in your future practice setting for that teaching topic. (Note: You will need these patient education materials for an assignment in module 4)

Examples of annotated bibliographies are posted under the Module 3: Theories, Models and Principles Describing and Explaining Health Behaviors module. Keep in mind that these examples focus on resources related to models and theories of health behavior and education, but they will give you an idea of how to structure an annotated bibliography
