These summaries will be due at the start of the class sessions specified in the syllabus and will help ensure thoughtful discussion during class time. In about 200 words, you should briefly summarize the assigned articles in relation to each other, identify one (or more) new fact(s) that you learned, and ask one (or more) question(s) that came to your mind as you were reading. I am looking for thoughtful responses that can serve as the basis for further discussion. These are exercises in clear thinking and concise writing. Grading is based on clarity, accuracy, and on-time submission.
