Discussion: Students, you are to provide an overview the use of social networking and social media sites in the hiring process of police officers. Please review Exhibit 5.3 and discuss whether activities on social networking and social media sites should be considered as part of the hiring process. In addition, please assess the paramilitary organizational design and its effects on the decision making process in policing today. Explain why is it difficult to change.
