Provide and/or answer the following
Identify and interview a current thought leader who has implemented a servant leadership strategy.
Utilizing Cooper and Trammell’s 5 criteria for “Practicing Servant-Leadership” (essay 11), write a critical assessment of the development, implementation, and outcomes of the respective servant leadership model.
Initial post of at least 500 words is due by the end of the fifth day of the unit.
Respond to at least TWO peer initial posts by the end of the unit.
NOTE: The interview must be with servant leader who has developed, implemented, and measured outcomes of their respective servant leader strategy. The Servant Leader Reflection paper should emulate the criteria of a Reflection Paper; however, the content is solely comprised of interview. The interview must include the motivation/inspiration of the servant leadership model, cultural context, struggles, and outcomes.
