Is your brand communicating its Brand Positioning
Start with an audit of your brand’s creative output. Please show between 10 – 15 brand touchpoints
(places where your consumers come in contact with the brand that conveys its personality). These may
include, but are not limited to: the logo, product packaging, bags, store design, app design, website,
product design, choice of typeface, uniforms, vehicles, headquarter design, signage, advertising, (print,
video, billboards), choice of influencers, etc., experiences. Answer these questions:
1. Is your brand communicating its Brand Positioning through these touchpoints? And is it consistently
executed? Please explain why or why not.
2. Is your brand telling a story through any of its touchpoints? Can you see any one of the stories listed
on slides ___? Or another? How effective is your brand’s storytelling in your opinion? Would you
recommend any improvements?
3. Does your brand engage consumers to create their own stories? Can you show an example? Do you
see any downsides to your brand?
