develop a simple game using html css JavaScript

For this project I need you to develop a simple game using html css javascript, I have attached all outlines of the assignment that we have received from our lecturer please ensure to keep it simple and stick to the brief, please make use of the sample paperwork as a guide for the paper work portion. I added the document javascript game which is my idea that I would like you to develop for this project, I made it an educational fisher game inspired by the song Super tuna by Kim seokjin, you can take my images that I edited as a guide for the game and aesthetic. I do not mind if you deviate or make certain adjustments what is important that it’s simple as it is 2nd year college level and no code sourced elsewhere. It can only be html css and javascript.
