19) vs. fraction f. Create a column for values of f from 0 to 1, and in
the next column you calculate the expected return, then you plot the
2nd column vs the first. For example, the formula for the expected rate
of return is E[W] = E[rate_boeing] * f + E[rate_GM] * (1-f) = 9.1 * f +
12.1 * (1-f). Then you have to plot that quantity vs. f when f varies
from 0 to 1.
