Learning Goal: I’m working on a resume writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.I already have a resume, I will include other work experiences that aren’t on my current resume. I want you to add them and to follow this guideline when rewriting my resume : Be clear and concise but elaborate! Rewrite the resume in a narrative format, where you highlight my accomplishments by using the challenge/action/result (CAR) method. For each position you list on my resume, use the narrative format to tell the story of my professional journey, where you describe challenges I faced, actions I took to accomplish the task, and the ultimate outcomes and results of my actions. Be sure to provide specific examples of results and quantify when possible. Include skills, tools, software, and knowledge that I have gained throughout my experiences. Remember, soft skills are important too!I have poor memory so don’t rely on me to give you input about the jobs I’ve done, you can just make up information you think best fits for the jobs on my resume. and remember a resume is only 1 page so if everything can’t fit it’s okay.
