Were they a pretty worthy opponent, or do you feel they were a push-over?
Learning Goal: I’m working on a management writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn. My opponent wasnt a push over but she did agree to my terms. She gave other options on the matters, and was respectful. I feel as if i won being that she agreed to keep the pay the same seeing that was their #1 priority and didnt want to bend on the wage. I NEED THE ABOVE STATEMENT TRANSLATED TO A COLLEGE WRITTEN EVALUATION. I ATTACHED THE RESULTS BELOW. iNSTRUCTIONS:In addition, rate/evaluate how your opponent did: Were they a pretty worthy opponent, or do you feel they were a push-over? Did they seem respectful, but tough? Who do you feel won- your side or theirs? And provide any other feedback on who you felt this activity went, as this was the first time I have done these “real time” negotiations in this online course, so I would love to hear what you thought. Or if you did your meeting asynchonous (left voicemails or emails and the other person replied to you) was that frustrating to wait for their responses, or do you feel that worked just fine? I am really looking forward to your feedback, as I have tried this with another college in an online class, and they loved it! I hope you do, too.
