This paper is a proposal for a process evaluation or an outcome evaluation . I will be evaluating my place I am working. It is called Dismas Charities website www.dismas.com.This site has a lot of information on the organization. The program I was looking to evaluate is their employment programs that help prisoners find a job. My evaluation question is” to what extent participating in job training and job skill programs at Dismas Charities reduce recidivism of prisoners. I am open to change question or decide on a process evaluation on the programs help recidivism on prisoners. I’m open. I researched a lot of sites about effectiveness of prison reentry programs.
