This assignment requires a biographical chapter on Chiang Kai Shek, the leader of China before the communist took over. There isn’t a set rubrics for this assignment, most of the requirements came through discussion with the instructor. The instructor has fair amounts of knowledge of the topic, so the introduction section can be short. The instructor tend to look for the biographical writing structure of the assignment. I will attach two readings from the class perhaps you could try follow their style.
As for the content, I think it would be best to focus on Chiang Kai Shek’s relationship with his last wife, Soong May Ling. Since the final product will be a chapter instead of a complete biography, I thought It would be best to narrow down the focus.
