In this unit, we examined the wrist and the hand, including the anatomy, osteokinematics, osteokinematics, movements, and muscles (internal kinetics).
For this week’s discussion, use the text book readings, articles and videos regarding the wrist and hand to discuss a patient that you have treated with one of the pathologies addressed in the Rybski (2019) text:
Your Initial Post should include:
Signs and symptoms of the diagnosis
Anatomical structures affected (bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc.)
Joints involved – type of joint, plane/axis of movement, normal limiting factors, end feel, primary muscles, and normative ROM/functional ROM
