So far we’ve chosen a company, analyzed its industry perspective and identified its business descriiption. Now it’s time to focus on the current position of this particular company. For your company, identify the following:
What you do
Who your market is
Where you do business
What your financial position is and/or dividend history
Stakeholders (add a short descriiption of what you do for each)
Competitive financial position (ratio analysis)
Complete a ratio analysis of your chosen organization compared to your closes two competitors

What are the market values over the last 5 years. Extrapolate that whatever that CAGR% was forward 5 years to get a base line organic growth.
What is your SOM (Share of Market)? What are the percentages for the competitors in your industry?
