A professional brings certain values and skills to any job and organization that shape how he or she approaches decision-making. In order to become an effective professional, you must begin to think about the values and beliefs that will define you as a professional. You have already examined this real world case study that presents an ethical dilemma for a public administrator and discussed the “right” way to address it with your classmates. Now you must take those discussions and use them to derive a number of solutions to the situation and to determine which one is best.
