-Conduct research on the approved topic (Navy’s Enlisted Aide Program) with an emphasis on military heritage.Everything in this assignment, including the references, must be unclassified.-Base research on facts from credible sources. Research should focus on facts and concepts that will support an informative presentation. Students must compile a list of references used during the development of the project. A minimum of three credible references are required.-Include an outline and an APA formatted References* page identifying sources used.
-Develop an outline using the format provided.*Note: References may change over the course of essay development (i.e., the final list of references may be different from those listed at this stage of the project). That is expected and acceptable.
-The outline, and subsequent essay, must address the following main points: background, evolution, and importance.
Background: State the factual account of the ship, station, battle, individual, custom, policy, process, procedure, or historical event surrounding the topic. This main point should cover all the information that a reader requires to increase awareness and establish a clear origin on the topic. Explain concepts, terms, theories, or ideas that may be unfamiliar and need additional explanation for a clear foundation of understanding.
Evolution: Explain how the topic has evolved over time. Changes, modifications, additions, process adjustments, program creations, or any progress that resulted from a specific event. Ensure to maintain a proper sequence of events/changes to effectively explain how the topic become a part of or impacts current operations.
Importance: Explain why this topic is an important part of military heritage and current operations.
