I am a radiology technologist (x-ray tech in a large academic hospital. My professor has given me this assignment I need to complete in 24 hours. The literature used for this class is “Introduction to Health Care Management”

The professor’s instructions are :
” ALHE 4630 INTERVIEW ASSIGNMENT GUIDELINES
For this assignment, each student will conduct an interview with a department manager or supervisor. After the interview, you will compile a summary of that interview and submit it as a word document. Your summary should be at least 2-3 pages in length, use correct APA format and must include a minimum of 2 peer-reviewed article references to back-up and solidify your thoughts and ideas. During the interview, you must cover key points pertaining to chapters 6 & 7 from your textbook. Key points include but not limited to:
1. Explain the manager’s role in the organization’s marketing plan.
2. Explain the devices used by the organization to initiate and disseminate their marketing
plan (e.g., social media, TV ads, etc.).
3. Explain how the manager will motivate their department to carry out the organization’s
marketing strategy.
4. Identify the organization’s target customer(s).
5. Describe how the manager plans to incorporate ethics and social responsibility into the
organization’s marketing plan (e.g., How will the manager educate their employees, etc.).
6. Identify tools the manager uses to initiate quality improvements.
7. Identify how the organization has revised their marketing plan over the past year. Over
the past 5 years.
You will also add key points that were not listed above during your interview. Think outside the box when conducting your interview and above all, have fun with this! Remember this is from the standpoint of a radiology manager.
