Determine the preferred method you will use to reach out to the group member

Scenario:
Suppose your instructor has divided the class into groups for a class project. The group has two weeks to complete the assignment. One of your group members has not been active in the group, and it has created additional work for the others and you. The other group members are hesitant to contact the group member. With only one week left, you have decided to reach out to that person.
Instructions:
Research some methods to communicate assertively, such as “I Messages.” Determine the preferred method you will use to reach out to the group member (email, phone, text, etc.) and explain why. Create a short scriipt of your planned communication. Explain why you believe this will be effective.
